ChatGPT releases its own version of Spotify Wrapped. That is, the OpenAI-owned chatbot is now rolling out an annual review feature called “Your Year with ChatGPT” to eligible consumers in select markets, including the United States.
Other English-speaking markets with access to the new offering include Canada, Great Britain, Australia and New Zealand.
At launch, the feature will be offered to people on the Free, Plus and Pro plans who have enabled the “reference saved memories” and “reference chat history” options and have reached a minimum threshold for conversation activity, the company told TechCrunch via email.

Team, Enterprise, or Education accounts cannot use the “Your Year with ChatGPT” feature. Additionally, the experience is intended to be « lightweight, privacy-focused and user-controlled, » the company said.
Like other year-end reviews offered by consumer apps, “Your Year with ChatGPT” is inspired by the popular year-end review, Spotify Wrapped. Similar to Spotify’s feature, OpenAI uses compelling graphics and personalizes the experience for the individual by handing out “prizes” based on how you’ve used ChatGPT throughout the year.
For example, you can be rewarded with the “Creative Debugger” if you use the chatbot to come up with solutions to a problem or develop a concept or idea.

The app also creates a poem and an image about your year, focusing on the topics that interest you. (We’re curious to see what this will look like next year.) ChatGPT embraces adult content in 2026.)
Although the year-end closing is promoted on the home screen of the ChatGPT app, it is not forced or automatically opened to users.

It will be available on the ChatGPT web app and mobile app for iOS and Android, the company says.
You can also ask ChatGPT directly for “Your year with ChatGPT” to activate the experience.
